Delivery information

Same-day across Pretoria

Orders placed before 13h00 on a working day are arranged and delivered the same day. Anything after that goes out the next working day. On peak days such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day an earlier cut-off may apply.

We deliver to homes, offices, hospitals, funeral homes and schools. For hospitals and funerals, please give us the ward or service time in the order notes so we can time it properly.

If nobody is there to receive the flowers, we will leave them with a neighbour or reception where it is safe to do so, and let you know. If it is not safe, we bring them back and call you to rearrange.

Louise was friendly and knowledgeable. She made a beautiful arrangement for me that was bar none the best I've seen. Took my order over the phone, kept in touch and delivered it all without any issues. Thank you Louise and staff!

The staff sound efficient and professional. They are very informative over the phone. My order was placed online and payment was done online. However, maybe my mistake was not requesting my order to be delivered at a specific time. Maybe the online shop should also have an option to choose delivery time, not just the date. The professional staff can't provide an estimate time of delivery, even after informing them of closing times of a business when delivery is for a business address. I won't be ordering with them again, but this is just my experience. Thanks. Delivery made, eventually but my message was not included on the card, extremely disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Eros Florists and was thoroughly impressed with their service and selection. From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made my experience delightful. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, providing me with great recommendations for anniversary bouquets. Each floral arrangement in the shop was a testament to their commitment to quality and design. What stood out to me was the convenience of their services, which include event and party floral decorations, a wide array of flower arrangements, and special occasion bouquets. The shop itself is well-maintained and accessible, making it a breeze to find the perfect flowers for birthdays, congratulations, or just because.

If you live abroad and want to order flowers for your loved ones in South Africa, EROS is the BEST!!! I ordered flowers from the Netherlands for my mother who lives in Pretoria. During payment, the banking app gave an error message and kicked me off the site. At that point I didn't have time to do everything again and decided to leave the order. To my surprise, not long after that, I received a WhatsApp message from Louise asking how she could help me. She even called me in the Netherlands to see how she could help me. To make a long story short, within an hour Louise helped me solve my payment problem, arranged the flowers I chose, send me photos of the flowers, kept me updated on the progress and delivered the same day! I HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely use them again. Thank you for your great service Louise and team. You are the best!
