If you are not happy with your purchase

With the Eros Florist online store satisfaction guarantee, you have no need to worry. If you or the recipient are not 100{d199fa6eda0788233e5984d34355a7039dd2df7251bd503ac125f410bea795d4} satisfied with our product, we will either collect and replace, or collect and refund your order.

How to tell us

Please keep the flowers as they were delivered until we have spoken to you, and let us know the order number and the delivery address if you have them to hand. A photograph helps us understand what went wrong.

A note on fresh flowers

Flowers are seasonal and are arranged by hand, so your arrangement will match the photograph in shape, size and palette rather than stem for stem. That is not a fault — but if what arrived is not what you expected, tell us and we will put it right.

The staff sound efficient and professional. They are very informative over the phone. My order was placed online and payment was done online. However, maybe my mistake was not requesting my order to be delivered at a specific time. Maybe the online shop should also have an option to choose delivery time, not just the date. The professional staff can't provide an estimate time of delivery, even after informing them of closing times of a business when delivery is for a business address. I won't be ordering with them again, but this is just my experience. Thanks. Delivery made, eventually but my message was not included on the card, extremely disappointed.

If you live abroad and want to order flowers for your loved ones in South Africa, EROS is the BEST!!! I ordered flowers from the Netherlands for my mother who lives in Pretoria. During payment, the banking app gave an error message and kicked me off the site. At that point I didn't have time to do everything again and decided to leave the order. To my surprise, not long after that, I received a WhatsApp message from Louise asking how she could help me. She even called me in the Netherlands to see how she could help me. To make a long story short, within an hour Louise helped me solve my payment problem, arranged the flowers I chose, send me photos of the flowers, kept me updated on the progress and delivered the same day!
