Order before 13h00 on a working day and it will be arranged and delivered the same day. After 13h00 it goes out on the next working day. On peak days such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day an earlier cut-off may apply. If you are close to the cut-off, call us on +27 12 430 2203 and we will tell you honestly whether we can still make it.
We deliver across Pretoria and the surrounding suburbs, Monday to Saturday — Pretoria East, Old East, North, West, the Moot, the CBD and Arcadia, Hatfield, Silverton and Centurion. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. For outlying areas, please call us before ordering so we can confirm.
It will match in shape, size and palette, but not always stem for stem. Flowers are seasonal and we buy what is best that week, so we build to the design rather than substituting poor-quality stems just to match a picture. If a particular flower matters to you, tell us in the order notes.
Where it is safe, we leave the flowers with a neighbour or at reception and let you know where they are. If it is not safe to leave them, we bring them back to the studio and call you to arrange another time.
Yes, and we do a lot of both. Please give us the ward number or the service time in the order notes so we can time the delivery properly. For funerals, it is usually best to call us so we can get the size and tone right.
We do — weekly or monthly arrangements for receptions, boardrooms and events, including embassy and government occasions in the CBD and Arcadia. Call +27 12 430 2203 and we will put together a schedule and a price that suits the space.
You can pay by card or EFT at checkout. Payments are processed securely and we never see or store your card details.
Yes. You are welcome to collect from the studio at 345 Festival Street, Hatfield, by arrangement. Choose collection at checkout or give us a call to set a time.
Eros Florist has been part of Pretoria since the 1950s, and has been family-owned since Beatrice Archer’s parents bought the shop in December 1974. We were voted Best Florist in Pretoria by the Pretoria News Readers’ Choice Awards for 13 consecutive years, from 2006 to 2018.
