So happy with our order for our Mum . It’s always hard choosing the right order as we are in Australia and she is in SA. She is thrilled with the flowers and said it’s the largest bouquet she has ever received . All of the flowers look beautiful and such a lovely arrangement . Barbara followed up with me when I had trouble organising it from Aus . Thank you so much for your kindness , follow up and care . We will definitely order again .

Thank you for excellent service, Eros Florist! Louise was so helpful. I ordered flowers online to be delivered. Louise contacted me personally via WhatsApp, and even phoned the recipient of the flowers beforehand to make sure she is at the office. The person delivering was so friendly and curtious. And the flowers are beautiful!Thank you, Eros Florist, I will definitely order through you again.

I live in New Zealand and have now used Eros Florist twice for special occasions, and both experiences have been excellent. The flower arrangements are absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured, and delivery was on time both times. You also get a very decent-sized arrangement and vase for a reasonable price. Highly recommended for anyone wanting reliable service and stunning flowers!

As a florist myself, I have high expectations when it comes to floral design—and I can honestly say the team of EROS Florist absolutely exceeded every one of them! My son's wedding at Dinokeng was an absolute dream, and the flowers played a huge part in creating that magic. Every arrangement, from the bridal bouquet to the table centerpieces, was executed with such creativity, care, and attention to detail. I was completely overwhelmed (in the best way!) when I saw the final result. The florals were fresh, elegant, and perfectly matched the wedding vision. The staff sound efficient and professional. They are very informative over the phone. My order was placed online and payment was done online. However, maybe my mistake was not requesting my order to be delivered at a specific time. Maybe the online shop should also have an option to choose delivery time, not just the date. The professional staff can't provide an estimate time of delivery, even after informing them of closing times of a business when delivery is for a business address. I won't be ordering with them again, but this is just my experience. Thanks. Delivery made, eventually but my message was not included on the card, extremely disappointed.

If you live abroad and want to order flowers for your loved ones in South Africa, EROS is the BEST!!! I ordered flowers from the Netherlands for my mother who lives in Pretoria. During payment, the banking app gave an error message and kicked me off the site. At that point I didn't have time to do everything again and decided to leave the order. To my surprise, not long after that, I received a WhatsApp message from Louise asking how she could help me. She even called me in the Netherlands to see how she could help me. To make a long story short, within an hour Louise helped me solve my payment problem, arranged the flowers I chose, send me photos of the flowers, kept me updated on the progress and delivered the same day! I HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely use them again. Thank you for your great service Louise and team. You are the best!
