The staff sound efficient and professional. They are very informative over the phone. My order was placed online and payment was done online. However, maybe my mistake was not requesting my order to be delivered at a specific time. Maybe the online shop should also have an option to choose delivery time, not just the date. The professional staff can't provide an estimate time of delivery, even after informing them of closing times of a business when delivery is for a business address. I won't be ordering with them again, but this is just my experience. Thanks. Delivery made, eventually but my message was not included on the card, extremely disappointed.

If you live abroad and want to order flowers for your loved ones in South Africa, EROS is the BEST!!! I ordered flowers from the Netherlands for my mother who lives in Pretoria. During payment, the banking app gave an error message and kicked me off the site. At that point I didn't have time to do everything again and decided to leave the order. To my surprise, not long after that, I received a WhatsApp message from Louise asking how she could help me. She even called me in the Netherlands to see how she could help me.
